Truly dreadful pharmacy. Prescription is NEVER complete or, on many occasions, not ready at all, despite them having had the prescription for 7 days or more. On one occasion I collected, what was meant to be, my prescription, only to get home and find the package contained someone else medication, along with the person full name, address etc. I had to go back to the pharmacy to return it and get my actual prescription, the staff member honestly couldnt have cared less for the inconvenience and what I should imagine is a GDPR issue. Total lack of customer care and service. Avoid if you can and go somewhere else that actually cares about their customers and provides a basic level of customer service. There should be an option to select 0 star rating as Lloyds at Seres Road is not deserving of a 1.
