Anytime Fitness Clarkston

Good facilities at the gym but a real shame that when I left the gym tonight to get my bus home one of the PT's (I think her name is Ellie) walks past me and is vaping. Not a good look!!!!

Fantastic gym, open all hours and with amazing staff! Josh was super friendly and quickly got my son up and ready in this local Anytime Fitness gym. All the equipment and classes you could ask for along with round the clock opening. One happy boy

My overall impression is that staff have little respect for their clients. I contacted Anytime Fitness over the phone in October 2022 to cancel my membership and was told that this would be carried out. However, three months later I realised that I was still being charged membership fees. After contacting the gym again (this time via email) I was told that there was no evidence of this conversation taking place and I was not offered a refund. Reading other reviews I see that I am not the first person this has happened to. I formalised my complaint but did not receive a response which felt dismissive. If you want to cancel your membership then I would suggest doing this in writing. Furthermore, I believe that the comparatively high membership fees and predatory contracts do not justify joining this gym. They offer the same services as other gyms such as PureGym which is much cheaper with more reasonable membership requirements.
