        We moved to You Manage just over a year ago and it has been a great HR system to use. It is really easy to use and they offer great support within the knowledge base as well as raising tickets. We have other 80 users of the system and everyone finds it easy to navigate. The absence planner is great to have a clear view of who is off and who has what future holiday booked, great tool for planning holiday cover. Best HR system we have had.

        Youmanage support are really helpful and always available when there are issues or I have forgotten how to do something. The HRIS itself is user friendly and does so many things that I have found other, much more expensive HRIS, do not do. The reporting function allows you to set up as many dashboards as you like which I also think is an added bonus in a world where HR are becoming much more data driven and analytical.
