Dropped dogs off at night as were told they would be busy the next morning and we had a flight to catch.Charged a full day fee in spite of us having fed and walked dogs prior to drop off. Also charged an extra day fee when we picked dogs up at 0900. RIP off!

After meeting with friends to let our 5 dogs have a run about I can say with confidence we will not be returning and seeking alternative places. Shortly after we left the field, which required us to pick up several piles of dog mess from previous dogs, all 5 of our dogs (including three puppies who are only 7 months old) became very unwell (some requiring a urgent medical treatment). Refusing to eat or drink, vomiting and diarrhea, very lethargic. We contacted the owners to warn them of this to find out the owners were well aware that there was a bug being passed around. I understand that this is a part of having a dog but what I am most unhapy about is the owners were happy enough to take our money knowing there was a risk of this. The occasion before this I lost out on nearly a third of my 30 minute booked slot because there were still dogs in the field with no owner. I found out later that it was their dogs and as no one was in the office I had to call them to ask them to retrieve them. It's not as if they didn't know I was coming what with the paid for booked slot. If after this review you decide to still go we'd recommend a good set of welly's and a cover for your boot as the entrance into the field is a muddy bog. Bring your own water and bowl because only god knows (and the owners apparently) what bugs and disease are being shared.

We had 3 puppies and 2 adult dogs from 3 families visit their run free and all of our puppies have all required medical treatment and our adult dogs have barely left their beds. They all haven't been eating properly for days. Upon finding all our dogs had been poorly we reported it too them to be informed they knew there was a bug going round but didn't think to inform us. At the back of the field there are many piles of dog mess and the field is regularly used for the daycare dogs and they are left unattended even if you have a booked slot you will still have to give the office a call and wait until they've retrieved their dogs. (They won't pick up any mess they've done but expect you to). I don't even want to give them one star because nothing about the experiences we've had were worthy of it.
