        We stayed for a week in August in the Tabitha tent and it was absolutely fantastic. Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Everything you need is provided, the beds are super comfy and the interior of the tent is so well designed/decorated. Its on a beautiful spot with the dam to the front and the hills to the rear. I cant recommend this place enough for a great getaway. Close to Stirling and Edinburgh (40 mins drive and then P&R on the tram was so easy) and a lovely little village called Dollar and Cowden Japanese garden. Theres plenty to do if you fancy going out and about. Really enjoyed our time here.

        Dam View is very special. The children and I spent a glorious four days glamping in their safari tents and would highly recommend it. Sarah and Robin have thought of everything. The boys absolutely loved the trampoline and we all very much enjoyed the hammocks. The kitchen is well equipped and all the little details were perfect. We all slept better than normal in very comfortable beds. My youngest even slept through the night for the first time! We loved that each tent is spaced out away from the next, unlike so many others. We definitely felt like we had our own space. We discovered that the path around the dam is only a short walk away and there is a lovely little cafe there. The 3 mile path around the dam is perfect for kids on bikes or anyone who enjoys a leisurely walk. I am already looking at dates to come back next year, staying here was just the holiday we all needed.
