        Was there today with our therapy pet Haggis to see the patients,they really enjoyed the visit the staff were caring and engaged with the patients and shared the happiness of the visit,going to make this a monthly event,a very happy experience today

        AVOID!! PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN HERE . the trauma they have put my aunt under who has autism is absolutely heartbreaking. They are currently under investigation and my aunt has now been moved to a safe place. The certainly don't specialise in challenging behaviour . It's extremely concerning the attitude of management and alot of staff. They have 0 communication skill and jump from one extreme to another . There is no consistency in their practice, no empthy, dignity or respect . Please do your home work and have your loved ones in safe hands . Not one member of staff gave a consistent answer as to what happened to my aunts eye it must have been xyz . This one said she thinks . Absolutely disgusting and when we arrived the next day not one member of staff approached us to give an empthy or explain. It was the elephant in the room and my aunt tells a very different story from them . Shame on you .

        Really fantastic place which provides specialist care for my mum. The staff looking after mum are really great- such a friendly, professional and caring bunch. I feel confident that she is getting the care that she needs. Nursing and care staff are very communicative and care is very person centred. My mum is often having a laugh with some of the carers there and she has developed some really close bonds. There is a regular programme of activities organised, which is great for residents general well-being. The new management are very approachable, available to chat and have made a massive positive impact on Marchglen. Mum is content, comfortable and well looked after.
