        Have been using this taxi company for 4 years, always thought they were a great service. Friendly /polite drivers & tidy cars. Today (7th Nov) friend phoned to ask about a booking for 9:20(taxi firm couldnt manage) phoned back as had another appointment later ! Response was abusive / they were sworn at / not listened to/ taxi firm hung up! Phoned back to say had actually called about another booking time & they hung up again? After enjoying the taxi service the drivers provide Im more than disappointed today!

        I phoned them this morning to book a car and they told me they had nothing available, which is fair enough. I remembered that I would need again later in the day, but when I tried to book, I was met with abuse. When I tried to respond they hung up on me. And proceeded to continue to do that for half an hour before I gave up. I shall not be using them again. Nor will any of my close friends. Really unprofessional!!
