Calumn has been particularly good at understanding a person's busy live and being supportive of all the struggles associated with weight gain and wieght loss, espeically mental health. I started my journey my just doing walking and changing my eating (loosing several kg's) before Calumn helped me overcome nerves about going to the gym. Now I love going out walking and I'm comfortable going to the gym and fitness classes! I don't overthink my food as much. I still enjoy all my snacks but in sensible portions.
Without a doubt, I recommend giving it a shot with a Calumn if you are looking to loose weight in a healthy, sustainable way

He worked with me to establish my goals and has been supportive throughout the process. I have been able to improve my fitness and strength and make sustainable changes to my diet and get closer to my goal weight. I would highly recommend working with him to anyone considering it!

In the time I've been working with Calumn I have seen steady, sustained progress in terms of weight, general health (both physical and mental) and in my own confidence. He's given me a shortcut to success by removing the trial and error, and instead building a regimen that works long term.
