        A big disappointment. Brunch arrived after quite a while (we were there when it seemed relatively quiet) and was just not appealing. The food was warm, not hot, and to look at it was uninspiring - one of each thing on a plate as if they'd fallen out with each other. Server dropped cutlery and napkins on the table in passing. No sense of ownership or joy in their tasks. An easy thing to get right, you would think.
