Genuinely think I have found my new favourite Indian restaurant. The food was 10/10 the presentation, flavours, freshness, cooking style. All perfect and cant wait to return, easily the best Bhuna sauce I have tried in over 10 years. The South Indian Chilli Garlic was slightly on the sweeter side rather than traditional but that seems the style with the modern twist on this dish/cooking. Plain Lamb & Chicken Tikka both cooked perfectly & great quality cuts of meats seasoned well too. Service ; yes was slightly slow upon entering the building, a 10min wait for a 7pm booking. But I think was more due to a Hotel guest wanting fussed upon rather than any fault of the receptionist. But afterward once seated a man with a Bristolian accent was great, genuinely good to speak to as-well as you could tell experienced within his job. The young Glaswegian Asian lady too was great with certain recommendations & service also. Did not miss our table for drinks or service throughout our time being here everything brought out within good timing also. Will return soon & would very highly recommend. Decor & atmosphere is good too. You would feel comfortable having a Drink/Pre or even spending an evening here with the couches. Beer Garden / Tables out the back of the building too which would be great in the summer lunch times for dining too.
