Pat and his team did a fantastic job reupholstering a 30-year-old three- seater traditional sofa bed, transforming it from its tired mustard coloured woven fabric, with a beautiful chestnut leather. Amazing quality materials and first class artisan workmanship with a lot of thought for the integrity of the sofa - the attention to detail was amazing. Here's to the next 30 years with this wonderfully renewed item of furniture which has already been much admired, arriving, as it did, just before Christmas 2021 and therefore much used over the festive period! Thank you so much Pat; we won't hesitate to recommend you - or to call you next time we need anything... which could be soon!

Beware - rogue trader. Not registered and very poor repair work. We went with the company as they gave the cheapest quote out of several we researched. Clearly for a good reason...! I had the same experience as the previous reviewer, where the job was done very badly and came apart within a few months, leaving frayed threads on the leather couch in areas he 'repaired'. Repeated calls were bizarrely met with seemingly polite apologies and sincere promises to return and repair the couch he charged us a large amount to fix, leaving us waiting for him to appear. Of course he did not appear and ignored all calls thereafter. Waste of time and waste of a lot of money, which we have to pay out again (with the added bonus of paying extra for a registered company which we didn't realise Scotcover is NOT) to actually get the couch fixed with pounds we won't have again for awhile. An all round awful experience. EDIT: In response to the comment from the owner, we called you multiple times. The job was under my husband's name, Chris Loh, and we both tried calling you on multiple occasions. You ignored the calls after saying you would show up to fix the work you initially did.

The guy behind the customer is friendly and seems nice. The job he done, however, was terrible. We asked him to repair stitching on a leather cushion which he appeared to have done, the repair lasted all of about 10 days before the stitching came apart and was worse than before he took it away. My partner and I both called him and he agreed to come and fix it again. However he never came, not only that but we spent about two weeks trying the get him to come by to fix it, each time he said he would come in the evening, or tomorrow or at some other time when he never materialised. So not only did he take our money he also did a great job of wasting our time by waiting in for him at set days. Was ripped off by this con man and I would recommend that you do not use him. Edit RE 5 year warranty. We tried as I mentioned I. The original review to have the repair looked at again and were lead on for two weeks taking time off work and changing our plans to accommodate someone who never came.
