        Only recently joined nd av been to a few gyms but ultimate fitness is just different class everyone there are brand new and they get you to get stuck in don't see me changing gyms again .

        Joined the gym unsure about what I would be able to manage with fibromyalgia & osteoarthritis but have been surprised at what Ive achieved so far the coaches are all fantastic & the members all very welcoming,done 8 weeks of SGPT classes & I have now signed up to a membership ..

        Very nervous not knowing what to expect . Everyone is so helpful and friendly . Coaches are really helpful and taylor everything to your specific needs . Bruce and the team alls support and encourage you . Bruce send you info via WhatsApp or email which is great . Take that first step and give it a go you wont regret it.
