Worst experience that I have ever had. I notified them on 22nd December that I want to cancel my membership. My membership was finished on 23rd. They replied to me and told i had to tell them 48 hours before. However, they did not take money from my account and I thought that is ok. Today on 3rd January I saw that they took 60 pounds of my account. I did not enjoy the gym at all and it caused me knee pain. I do not want to use their gym this month. I notified them before the second month was renewed. when they replied it means they could cancel that. Their website is so misleading. On the membership page, it says you can cancel membership at anytime without penalty. And when you decide to cancel the membership you see it says you should cancel that 2 days before your membership is finished. Now i do not know what i should do as I do not like going to this gym and they charged me.
