        I'd like to thank Neil for the amazing customer service we received after buying our dog the automatic ball launcher. We had a couple of issues which were completely down to the manufacturing of the item and Neil was incredibly attentive and arranged for a new launcher to be sent to us - this was all during the height of the pandemic too. It was so refreshing to buy from a company who clearly put their customers first. Thank you Neil, our dog loves it!

        How very pleased we are with the service from Training Lines. We ordered an item before Christmas which arrived efficiently but unfortunately we realised when we went to use it on Xmas day that the product was faulty (through no fault of Training Lines I must add). I contacted them by email that day as I wanted to let them know as soon as we discovered it was faulty and I had an immediate response from Neil which I was not expecting to receive on Xmas day. A replacement product was ordered to me immediately which they had kindly tested before sending to me and they arranged free postage for return of the faulty item. You cannot get better service than that. The product is All for Pets ball maxi hyper fetch machine which our cockapoo absolutely loves. Would highly recommend the product and using Training Lines again, thank you Neil.
