I absolutely love this company, great oils, always helpful. When a fragrance oil was out of stock, the team messaged me to let me know it was back in stock which is just great personal service! The fragrance oils are all beautiful!! Thank you Twilight

Arrogant Company! Arrogant Company! If I could give no stars, I would Bought from this company for the first time. They could not for fill my original order I placed and never once was I offered a refund, I was just offered another replacement product which was not ideal. However to make things easy I chose a difference product. One of the reed diffusers I received smelt completely rank. It was not down to personal preference either, the liquids were off or mixed incorrectly! So my first order two issues to start with. When I complained about the issues to Twilight Candle Co they were completely rude and would not accept responsibility, they just sent me their retunes policy. Not good customer service at all. I will be taking this up with the credit card company. Three issues so far! I asked for a refund of just 18 and they would not refund I would never order from this company again. I will be taking this up with the credit card company and if they take this up, it will cost the Twilight Candle Co a lot more than 18.
