        Decided at half past 7 the night before his team was expected to show that he wasn't going to do it. Poor excuses. Put the whole house build back by months. Everyone is up to date with payments. The cash is sat waiting to be paid out. If you wanted a contract then you should have asked for one, it wouldn't have been an issue whatsoever. All kit and equipment is on site waiting, even the hired cement mixer(although hoping to return it ASAP, at cost to us). Its set us back because it was foundation work... Can't really do anything until its done. Trying to sound professional in your responses won't cover up the fact that you just didn't bother your arse to turn up.
