        Phoned to ask about lawnmower repair told to bring in then when I arrived just told me they couldn't help without getting it out of the car. They knew the make when I phoned, they had serviced the mower in 2020 but Ronnie was to be honest just not interested in follow up and I wasn't happy I had travelled a distance just to be turned away.

        This business would not honour the warranty on my 2 week old Husquavana strimmer despite being official dealers. They were extremely rude and told me to take it away! I then took it to Bryan Jardine in Dalbeattie who was polite, helpful and promptly fixed the problem under warranty.
