I'm late getting this review done, because moving house is a busy thing. But Sheena and her colleagues were excellent. All we needed to for a house sale was explained. There was assistance with bit of process. Valuation was thoughtful, and expectations from the market were spot on. Viewings were well managed, and staff were always courteous and helpful and flexible, with us as sellers and with potential purchasers. We were really pleased with how the sale concluded too. And they did most of the lawyer dealing around the sale too. Thanks to the whole Glabraith team; great service; great value.

I can't recommend Galbraith highly enough. I felt reassured and guided through what is recognised as a most stressful process. Special praise for Sheena who was efficient, knowledgeable and calm throughout, and for Joyce and Linda who fielded the flood of enquiries when we went live. Together we reached a wide audience, and realised an excellent selling price.

We reviewed a number of local Estate Agents before selectin Galbraith to market our property in Dumfries & Galloway. We weren't disappointed. Quality photos and a video were produced, and our property particulars were well written then edited to our exact requirements. Communication was superb and our Galbraith contact liaised directly with our Solicitor. As a result of the quality presentation we sold successfully, at above Home Report value, within a few days in a difficult market. Highly recommended!
