        I'm currently on holiday with my wife in Castle Douglas from Ireland when my car developed a loud cracking noise when turning steering mainly while stationary. I got the number for Karcare knowing nobody in the area I could ask. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made as my car was unsafe as lower suspension arm had almost collapsed and could do so at any moment. Karcare acquired the parts for my vehicle and lent me a courtesy car for the day and got me up and running again. Couldn't have been more helpful. Even though they were extremely busy. They made time to help us out. So a BIG thanks to all at Karcare in Castle Douglas great service would definitely recommend.

        Karcare , Jim and his team were a fantastic help in rescuing us, (when the RAC failed to turn up after 4 hours waiting) The Karcare team repaired and washed our car..and let us have a car while ours was being repaired.. totally outstanding service, thank you! From Margaret Ian
