I visited this shop with my boyfriend whilst on holiday. Lots of variety in materials for artists. I dont have a shop like this where I live, but I wish I did. Theres also interesting stuff upstairs. Bought myself a fossilised dinosaur tooth.

Customer service is none existent!! The was an issue with an order I made, I contacted them via email and to start with they were quite helpful. I kindly and very politely updated them about the problem, as they requested and they responded in an absolute rude and awful attitude that was totally uncalled for!! It wasn't even as though I had demanded a refund or replacement item or accused them for causing the issue!! The response was unexpected and certainly not necessary!

Ordered on 26/11/2022 phoned and left a message on 29/11/2022 for them to let me know if my order has been sent but no reply from the message. Phoned today 01/12/2022 and actually got through to a member of staff and discovered my order had still not been processed. This is a christmas project and maybe too late to get done by the time i receive my order :-(

Aladins cave full of wonderful craft products for nearly anything you can think of....unfortunately on the day we visited they were short staffed...tried to ring ahead but phone not answered......they couldn't find what I wanted which according to them was in stock......a wasted journey and day of my holiday....
