I feel for the residents of the flats as for ages they were getting harassed by one of the residents. Yet Hanover nor the social services will do nothing about the resident. It seems to always fall to the police to sort it out. Which is taking the police away from doing their job. Its time that head of hangover court should have a meeting with all residents to listen to their concerns.

Lovely residential housing for the elderly where my mother in law lives. Good social facilities and care when required.
