Unfortunately a few months back we visited for a quote for another log burner
It was at a very busy time admittedly but there seemed to be little interest in getting back to
us with a price for a fire.
Eventually after a survey visit we receive a quote that was pretty much unbelievable
I can only assume they didnt want to do the job
They had strung us along for months very annoyingly to then produce a quote that was pathetic
Weve since had the job done for well below half the cost by an hetas approved fitter which I believe fireplace direct arent
Very dissapointed with the level of service but did us a favour in the end
Couldnt recommend anymore
