Galloway Chimney Sweeps

Patrick did a great job on both my chimneys, we even worked out where the emerge on my roof, which I hadn't seen before! Cheerful and knowledgeable, clean and tidy in his work, he swept both my chimneys in a very short space of time for a very reasonable price! I am now waiting for the opportunity to take advantage of my clear chimneys to enjoy fires in my fire places.

Patrick visited us yesterday as we suspected a nest in our open fire chimney. He located a hole in the cowl, swapped it with one from an unused chimney instead of simply recommending a new one and charging more, repaired part of a failing chimney lining thereby reducing cost for us and extending the life of the liner - and tidied everything away. Prompt, punctual, tidy, efficient and modestly priced. What more could you possibly want from a chimney sweep? Nothing really, but what more do you actually get? Well, you get friendly service-with-a-smile, useful tips and advice to make your fireplace draw better, and a general feeling that nothing is too much trouble. Overall, a very satisfactory experience altogether.
