        Joe and team completed work on our garden last year. The cost was over 20,000. Was quoted 6-8 weeks but it took 8 months. Every excuse was used for not turning up or only staying for an hour a day. Yes I loved the job on completion but after time flaws started to show. Wood beams separating, slabs separating and slabs falling. Wont go into everything but I have now been left with a dangerous back garden. Called several times and only get answer machine. I have now downloaded cctv footage of Joe doing work and photostaken onto a memory stick to take this further. I don't like doing this kind of thing but if using social media is the only way to get him back to fix his faults then it has to be done.
