Poor service couldn't update prospective renters on their application to rent.

I was looking for a rental property on very short notice and Dal and Laura couldn't have been more helpful. They did everything they could to get me moved in as quickly as possible, always responsive and available to help. The one minor maintenance issue I had while I was there was dealt with quickly. Vacating the property went just as smoothly. I have now purchased a property, but if I was still renting I'd have no hesitation to use Dal and Laura again.

Excellent service. Very responsive to enquiry and answered any queries quickly. Rented property and found it in excellent condition and cleanliness second to none. This has been my best experience ever in dealing with a letting agent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property.

Throughout the duration of my time with Professional Propertay, the staff have been so helpful, professional and quickly responsive. They have been great advisers, willing to answer any question at any time and have shown a real sense of care towards the needs of myself and my flatmate. They have been by far the best property management company I have dealt with during my years living in Dundee and I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything!

I have used Professional Propertay for some years now to find and validate tenants for a whole range of properties, small and large, and find their services to be quite excellent. They are easy to deal with, pleasant,very clear in what is required by landlord and tenant. The tenants supplied by PT are very good and some are still renting 8 years on! PT help with agreements, the ever changing legislation, gas certs, legionella, electrical certs, etc. They will even manage your properties for you. They do what they say they will do. You can trust them implicitly. I would use no one else and would unhesitatingly recommend the company.
