Hi thanks to all at Paragon Sky Diving , had a great experience . Staff were all really nice , dived with Mark who was Brillant , I was at ease for the whole trip . Thanks again to Graham for taking the video of the jump . The video presentation was sent a few days later and it was also excellent well worth it . . The weather was cold but terrific a clear blue sky ....an overall 5 star experience . Loved it !!!

What a fantastic experience! This was the second time we had travelled for our tandem sky-dive, thankfully the weather was on our side this time. Myself and my brother had Mark and Ian as our other halves for our jumps - and they were fantastic! The flight up was the nervous bit, but Ian kept me calm and made sure I was good to go when we hit 10,000ft. From start to finish we had a great day. Mark and Ian were full of chat and made sure we were confident on all fronts before we took off. Thanks guys!

Our experience of Paragon Sky Diving was truly awful and ruined what should have been an exciting, once in a lifetime experience. I booked a skydive for myself and my partner for her 30th birthday, with the video package we paid about 600 altogether. First of all the boss of the operation was a complete bully who spent most of the time shouting at people and being extremely rude to one person who didnt have very good English. The organisation of the day was a complete shambles, there were about 10 other people there who were also waiting to jump which meant that the last person had to wait 9 hours in a car park with nothing to do. We jumped second last and waited 8 hours. By the time it was our turn we were so bored we just wanted to get it over with. The man I did my tandem with was very nice and professional, but the boss was disgustingly rude and deeply unpleasant to be around. The dive itself was fun, but my memory of the day is sadly tarred by the rest of the experience. If you are planning to skydive Id advise you do it somewhere else.

As an experienced jumper with nearly 40 years in the sport, a current World record holder, and who had visited Paragon in the past I was shocked and upset by the owner and the chief instructors behaviour. Having had a short layoff due to covid I was keen to get back in the air. My BPA membership validation was on my i-pad and the BPA database, but they insisted on me obtaining a paper print out which they refused to provide with the comment we chose not to help you. BPA couldnt do anything as Paragon is a private business abet the least busy drop zone in the UK. I was subjected to a number of rude comments delivered in a raised voice and asked to leave. The rest of the staff are great. Friendly and professional. In contrast the owner and the chief instructor are, in my opinion, clowns and a disgrace to Scottish skydiving. Please give one of the other two d/zs in Scotland a visit, but avoid wasting your time and money at this embarrassment of a drop-zone.
