        Good wee betting shop. Friendly staff. Gail was really helpful. Pointed out that I messed up my accumulator and helped me sort it out. Good customer care. Oh and the coffee is no bad either. Definitely one of the better bookies I've been in.

        Recent terrible experience at my local william hill(carronshore). Placing bets in store for over 2 years. Few weeks ago entered store, staff member (gail) rushed towards me. Asked me to remove my mask to show my identity!!!! Her words were... I don't recognise you!!!! I was absolutely shocked (speechless)... Had call from area management. Says Gail had left... Total lies... Still works there. I shall never return to william hill.
