The measure of a company is the service they provide when something goes wrong: my bath panel yellowed after a few years whereas the bath stayed pure white.. A rare occurrence but it can happen. Spoke to Carron customer service, a replacement bath panel was manufactured and delivered by James. No issues, no drama, no hassle, just good customer service. What more can you ask for.

I want to give a good review of this company, but the receptionist I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful - she said they were short-staffed so maybe it was a temp. I asked to speak to someone else with my query but apparently there was no one else there. I am still hoping to be able to speak with someone else who may be able to help.

I purchased a Carron bath some time ago and did not get to install it until now. In the meantime I misplaced fittings. I contacted the company and got an immediate response. They sorted out my difficulty immediately which they did not have to due to my own mistake. I must commend David Gibson of Technical & Customer Services for doing a fantastic job. Thanks David & Carron Bathrooms.
