I stopped at the Co-op a year ago when I was doing a 40-mile charity walk. The staff were lovely. Their kindness was just what I needed to lift my spirits and help me to complete my walk

Went in store at 7.30 viewing a heavy set girl bagging rolls at the door and the older gentleman appeared to be helping an elderly lady at the back of the store. I stood at the counter to get served, the heavy set girl looked up at me and then returned to breaking up the rolls. I looked around and then behind the counter whilst asking, "Is there anyone serving?" to which the heavy set girl looked round at me and said, "No" before turning back to sepperate the loose rolls again. I walked out. What a disgrace and excuse for service. Not the first time I've experienced shoddy attitude in there but it will be my last.
