I'm not normally one to complain or leave a review but the lack of communication and false promises I've had in this instance has left me no choice. First phonecall was positive, they seemed to have a solution to my problem. Was told that they would phone back that day, never heard back. My wife and I have since chased up this on 5 separate occasions. Been promised multiple phonecalls back and that they will log it as an 'emergency' which means a call back within the hour. Still nothing 5 days later! Shocking customer service with no update provided. At a loss as to how a company can operate like this. Very frustrating and a lot of time wasted. Thankfully I've since found another company to carry out the job. Very professional and the complete opposite of my experience with Block Aid.

Can't praise highly enough: fantastic service in dealing with a blocked main drain. Our man arrived ahead of estimated time, assessed the problem and solved it quickly as well as performing a camera check to inspect for any likely future issues. To cap it all off (literally): the old internal cover had been damaged years ago, and he said he'd see if he could find a replacement from the stock of recycled ones at the yard and bring it round the next day. He was as good as his word: we didn't even realise that he'd already been and done it until we went out to make sure all was OK. Very highly recommended

Called Block Aid about a blocked drain, made an appointment for the following afternoon. No one show up or called to notify. Called Dyno this morning, chap appeared and fixed the problem.

I can't recommend Blockaid highly enough! Emptied my septic tank - great customer service. Very efficient and knowledgeable and reasonable price compared with others. Delighted with the service!
