        As an ex Boots employee I can only sympathise with very stressed staff. Never enough people . scripts take far too long and PLEASE do not mention Covid ! Covid is not treated from pharmacy. Clearly Boots think more of the profits than customer service and employee well being. The place is filthy ! Floors, shelves etc. Who do they think, of the staff they do have has time to clean.!? I worked in a branch this size and we had a cleaner, a porter, beauty, medicine AND pharmacy staff. If this is progress then keep it. Jesse Boot must be turning in his grave. Area managers need to get off their backsides and into the branches.
