        Very very slow service and they text you to collect your prescription even when one or 2 items may not be ready. They should not text the customer until every part of prescription is ready as a lot of the time I have to re-visit due to their incompetence, having to queue again etc. etc. Thinking about going to new chemist as other chemists are much much faster than this place and do not make same level of mistakes.

        The most unhelpful pharmacy that I have ever experienced. They do everything under the sun to make things difficult for you. They need a dose of customer relations to deal with people in a reasonable manner.

        Was refused a Covid Lateral Flow test kit by this chemist yesterday 1/7/21 because I was only working in Carnoustie for the past 10 Months and was from England. Poor attitude and service in public health issue.

        Absolutely useless. Have lived in Carnoustie for 2 years now, every single time I have been in here there is a new excuse as to why my regular repeat prescription is not ready. Covid was and still is the fall back. ( Really... 4 days to fill out a prescription?) Must the the least efficient Boot's chemist in Britain.
