Rooms: Very spaciouse room with a large ensuit bathroom. Clean and comfortable with great views across Carnoustie bay to Tensmuir, St Andrews and the Fife coast. On a clear day you can see the Bell Rock lighthouse as well as seabirds and seals in the bay. Nearby activities: Several golf courses are available at shortish distances if driving. In summer small sailing boats are in the bay. A few small art galleries, featuring local artists and designers. Good for souvineers and gift ideas. Lots of attractions are avalable within a short drive. Pleasant local walks on the flat or hillwalking again at a short drive. Carnoustie also on national cycle routes. Walkability: Carnoustie is a pleasant place for walks and almost everything is within walking distance.

Everything, it was impossible to fault. Phil & Marta were wonderfully warm and welcoming, as was the lovely family. Nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was delicious, the room massive but perfectly formed, the whole place exuded warmth, so cosy and inviting with exquisite touches. What more can l say, in all a very much needed warm embrace that anyone would love hope to see you soon Stuart & Jo Missed the opportunity to take photos of the inside
