Paws Kabin

Got our dog from paws Kabin in Carnoustie, we were told he was kc registered and microchipped (twice by mistake) and that he was 13 weeks. Turns out he was actually 15 weeks. we noticed he was bumping into things around the house a lot but put it down to being a puppy, found out a week later at a health check that he had juvenile cataracts. Got in contact with paws kabin, we got the option to either keep him and receive a refund or return him and receive a refund. We decided to keep him out of concern what would happen to him and the fact we had bonded with him for a week. Fast forward a couple of months we got in contact again on the 11/11/22 regarding our dogs KC papers and microchip details. Were met with a rude response and disgusting attitude, we were told she didnt have KC papers as he was refunded so she wouldnt be out of pocket. Fair enough, but we werent informed about not getting KC if we were refunded, so I asked for details regarding the dogs parents so I could pay for it myself, not for breeding purposes, but so I could check everything was actually legit. Was a bit suspicious how they didnt have the papers, surely the moment a puppy is sold you would get all documents sorted asap. Leona refused to give me any details and told me if there is an issue with that you can bring him back. We had our dog for nearly 2 months at this point and had started treatment at a specialist clinic for his eyes, so there was no way we would be returning him. I asked about the dogs microchip again on 13/11/2022, I was ignored, so I messaged again on the 14/11/2022 asking for the information again and was told site is down. Messaged again 15/11/2022 and was ignored. So still no microchip information from this reputable breeder. The whole time during our conversations, not once did paws kabin ask how our dog was, which shows the complete lack of care and disregard for his health or wellbeing. Since this, I have had discussions with a few other people who have gotten puppies from paws Kabin, and they too have gotten puppies that have sight issues. one person I spoke too, said their dog has the same dad as our dog, both pups have sight issues. I Want to make everyone aware of Paws Kabin, I highly do not recommend at all and I am utterly disgusted by the attitude and disregard she has had for us and our dog, after what I have experienced, theres no way I would put my dog anywhere near paws kabin again.

So many delightfully friendly and healthy dogs. The care and attention given to the puppies is second to none. Also Very impressed with the Scrupulously clean kennels. Lovely dogs, happy to find Paws Kabin.

Excellent service by Paws Kabin, owner was very helpful on our request for our new puppy. Kept in touch, answered all questions, puppy was very well presented when we collected him. Can tell they have been well looked after, ours was very good natured too and settled in great with our 2 kids. Thank you very much! Highly recommend!
