        Saw a "park home" advertised for sale with a local solicitor stating it was for "residential" use. After enquiring with Andrew the parks manager I was suspicious that the advert was incorrect, I was right to be suspicious The park only has a holiday licence, it is NOT RESIDENTIAL as confirmed by the legal dept at Angus Council to me in writing today. Do not invest in a caravan here unless you want the risk of eviction & losing your hard earnt retirement fund. Edit: Almost 1 year later & still this campsite blatantly sells unlicensed caravans as residential with the local solicitor & Angus council ignoring the fact :(

        Clean, friendly caravan park and residential site. Well kept, lovely area, award winning Wee Cook restaurant on site, near local amenities and beach. Great transport links and interesting surroundings. A lovely site in Angus, well worth a visit.
