Rude and disrespectful staff - I called today as the music was so loud that my living room floor and walls were vibrating (I live directly above which these people seem to forget). Stated that I was nightshift and a nurse could the staff please be considerate of this? The music was instead turned up full blast to the point I have had to leave my house and stay with family as this is two days without any sleep.

Ive just been into the Carluke shop and once again Ive had to endure the rude attitude of the girl that is working in there at this present time I was in around 7pm this hasnt been the first time but now the 3rd time the past 2 times Ive just ignored her, I gave her 2 cards which were full from paying for sunbeds the one thing I didnt know is that there was a time limit on these cards and I had stickers on there from 2021 and I was told that I couldnt use it I said I hadnt been coming a lot and due to Covid during the time I had been filling the cards up for myself and my partner the shop was closed on certain periods I got a mouthful of rudeness from her just like previously, she seems to not enjoy working with the public and even at that I mentioned a while back to a staff member about her being rude and even the staff member said a lot of customers hate coming in when she is working there. I will now never ever use this shop again as I just cant bare coming in to see someone with a moody face then have an attitude towards me. It needs to be dealt with as customers will stop coming here.

Best tanning shop ever staff are so lovely always go out their way to talk to you and make you feel welcome always so clean and tidy would 100% recommend
