Euphoric have been exceptional in all aspects from the time of placing the order for the mirror, production of it, and photo's of the finished item prior to shipping. The mirror arrived with us via a reliable delivery service un scathed. It was packed up extremely well and upon removal from the packaging shone brilliantly and now lights up a wall in our dining area. Its quality is excellent and looks stunning. Absolutely delighted with my mirror. Beautifully made with my choice of colours. I was provided with a photo of a mock-up of what it would look like on my wall. Brilliant service, very helpful and accommodating when I made a request regarding the hanging clips on the back. Well packaged for safe delivery too. Would definitely recommend to others.

I used this company to recreate a custom stain glass window which could not be removed from my Nans house when she passed at 102 years old. The mirror Derek & Rocio recreated is absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail is unreal it looks identical. There communication going through the design process was fantastic and could not help enough. Absolutely loved the Macintosh style mirror that was made for us. We were able to specify the size and the colour scheme. I was sent a mock up image of how it would look and Derek was super patient with me when I kept changing my mind! It arrived safely and is a beautiful feature in our house.
