Reply: William Kelly assured me via the telephone on the 4th October that
"I won't keep your deposit, I'm not like that".
The sale itself was only to be finalised upon a test drive as agreed on the morning of Saturday 29th September.
Upon deciding to cancel the sale, I stated I'm happy to pay something for the inconvenience.
But for you to move the goal posts like this and keep the full 500 of my money is not on atall.
As advised by my solicitor I emailed earlier requesting that you demonstrate the losses (Ie give me an invoice) and no reply.
You leave me little option but to write these reviews.
It's not defamation if it's true Mr Kelly.
You did state "I won't keep your deposit, I'm not like that".
