I would like to thank Anne for guiding me through all the arrangements for my Mother's funeral and shortly afterwards my Father's funeral in a caring and compassionate manner, especially at a time when it was difficult to think straight and make decisions on an important occasion. I would also like to thank Martin for his caring and compassionate manner including the Jospeh Potts team who were very professional.

In the Carluke branch was kind considerate and caring, she explained every thing in comforting detail, (when your mind is confused and all over the place I needed someone like this,) everything was arranged even down to the minister, who conducted a wonderful service,my family would like to thank everyone from the Joseph Potts team for the professional example they all displayed.

Such good service from Anne at Joseph Potts in Carluke. My mum had prepaid her funeral, but there were extra things to consider, like order of service, flowers etc. Anne arranged a meeting with me, contacted the minister, registrars office, crematorium and where we went for the meal after the funeral. She gave good advice, and arranged for us to proofread the order of service at the Bellshill office as it was closer to where I was staying. She rang several times before the funeral to see how I was and rang afterward to see how it all went. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joseph Potts in Carluke.
