        At beginning of December 2020 I submitted a form asking where to purchase a product. I received a lovely email reply from Siobhan McKenna who gave me as much information as possible at the time. Today, 21st of January I received a further email from Siobhan informing me that the product was now available in my area. I think this is excellent customer service and appreciate that this was followed up. Thanks also to Siobhan for all her friendly emails.
