        I have had the best care from 99% of the doctors since I took unwell 3 years ago and from Dr Gemmill for last 30+years, also from Dr McDonald and Dr Hughes. Receptionists and treatment room nurses have always been polite, friendly and professional. I have never had a problem with the practise, cant rate them highly enough for all they do.

        Such a shame as most doctors and staff are friendly and caring, what lets it down for me is the manager. Shes very rude and un- empathetic. Horrible experience as i have now had to move practice due to this ladys lack of understanding and empathy.

        St Lukes Medical practice is the best GP by far. Doctors are all lovely & devoted to their job with all their heart & soul. Sometimes feeling not well and miserable, you came out of room with smile on your face. Receptionists are always so kind, always greets patients with smile on their face. All staff are professional - would give 10 stars if I could. Moving area & moving GP was worst mistake I have ever made - and wish I remained with St Lukes practice. Your services are missed greatly.
