very helpful and informative. Couldn't solve my charger issue but more due to need for specialist part. Let me try lots of adapters to try and resolve problem. Provided advice re alternative solutions.

Had my laptop and couldnt repair it but still charged me 80 for looking at it, I wouldnt go near this place again as it is no use.

This man on the owns the shop is a fraud my family are going through hell at the minute and he knows this and still rip them off don't go anywhere near the shop

Honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. He had my laptop for months and didnt even fix it and still wanted money. Had he not been able to fix it initially I would have gone elsewhere with no ill will but there was no correspondence that he wasnt fixing it and refused to give any calls back to return my laptop for months and still with no improvements.

Worst PC store in the UK bought 2 fake graphic cards taken one of them apart to prove that it's a fake chip inside the owner pretty old guyc who's having not a clue about video cards was keep trying to make me believe it's a real one he never even tested it himself I manage to get refund on one of them I don't know how this store is still open wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy !!!
