Canna Community Shop

For an island as remote as Canna, I think the shop definitely punched above its weight. It does quite well indeed. Tea, coffee, milk, some frozen quorn and meat options, albeit limited, and top of all, fresh vegetables, as can be seen from my pictures here, from the Canna House next door. It is run on an honesty system where you can leave cash, or if luck favours you and you get internet signals you can also pay through PayPal. These pictures here should give you a good idea of what to expect. Thanks

Stocked with fresh free range eggs, frozen quality butchers meat, frozen breads as well as staples like pasta, rice, sauces, soft drinks, sweets and crisps etc etc. They also stock books relevant to Hebridean islands, history, lifestyle etc. and souvenirs!
