        Glorious getaway to a cottage in wild, Tolkien-esque landscape of mountains and sea. The magical lands of Morar. Scotland's last true wilderness. Disconnected from the world, no roads, no shops, no mobile connection. Last civilisation is the Mallaig pier, where you board a motorboat with your provisions and then head out on the seas for your adventure. However plenty of luxury awaits in this lovingly restored, wood crafted cottage, blasting with heat and the comforts of hot water, and all the usual electrical appliances. Just a few yards and tame sheep seperate you from the seals on the shore. At dusk, you can watch the deer emerge from the forest or the heron stalk its prey, all with a whisky to hand. Did I glimpse a selkie down by shore rocks one evening...
