Clean and well maintained family house. The woman was very nice, but I would not recommend and here's why: This advertised "bed&breakfast" was actually bed only. It is in the middle of nowhere with nothing close so thankfully we travelled by car, but if you are using public transport it's well out the way of anything. If you have run out of food or drinks you are screwed. If you have food expecting to maybe cook something forget it as they don't let you use their kitchen. I had to practically beg to use their microwave to heat up my 10month old babies food. The whole experience got off to a great start, as the owners forgot we were coming and they were nearly 3 hours away in Inverness shopping. So we had to drive to the nearest town and sit in a pub for hours waiting. With a baby this is anything but ideal. They showed up eventually after 6oclock at night. In the morning there was no breakfast offered. They still had the cheek to charge full price even though we got in late and had no breakfast. Was not a pleasant experience. We basically drove 3 hours from Glasgow and paid them to have a sleepover in their bedrooms. If that's what you're looking for then go here! But I think not!
