Cour Lodge

Just spent a very special week at Cour Lodge, which is a fantastic find. The location is perfect, with great walking and idyllic swimming from the door step. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen equipped by someone who understands providing meals for hungry families. Beautiful setting, and Zafira was so helpful and knowledgable. Well be back

Stunning Cour Lodge set in approximately 3 acres of lovely established gardens overlooking Aonach Mor and Ben Nevis.6 of us stayed from 4th June -11th for a family holiday.This was one of our all time favourite houses that we have stayed in.We go away every year ,mainly Scotland but have stayed all over Britain and some great ,well equipped houses.A Relatively modern house I could not recommend a stay here enough.A great base for keen walkers of the Nevis range that's only a 10 min drive out of Spean Village.Looking out everyday on our stay we were all spoilt with wonderful views of snow capped mountains in June ! The house has a very large kitchen where we often stayed all week after having our evening meal.Theres plenty of room in this spacious house if you want to escape the kitchen area .A sitting area upstairs again with fabulous views .Off that upstairs area is 3 very nice sized bedrooms.Downstairs there's 1 bedroom and 2 reception rooms. Outside there's ample parking for numerous cars and plenty of garden for our 2 dogs to get some exercise.At the top of the garden there was also a little children's play area with tree house ,slide and 2 swings my daughter particularly enjoyed.Ive enclosed a few pics in the review .If anybody has any questions I would happily try and answer them for you.
