Jason was a lovely host, our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was massive. Great choice for breakfast all beautifully cooked. Lovely to see deer outside too. They only negatives I would say were there wasnt a tv in the room which with the remote location it would have been an advantage, there wasnt a mirror in the room only the bathroom which is ideal when you are trying to dry your hair and the door doesnt lock so anyone else staying there could go into your room.

Spacious rooms and excellent service. Homemade food every morning and friendly owners with great advice about the area and potential activities. Lodge is in a secluded location but only a few miles from Fort William; less than 5 minutes from Ben Nevis; and walking distance from the Harry Potter viaduct. I would heartily recommend this B&B!

Don't book here if you are vaccinate outside of the UK. My family had to quarantine because of a positive case on their plane, and I understand why they refused our stay for the night. The problem is that after that, I expected a refund or a voucher, like ALL the others places we were supposed to stay did. Instead, they just ignored our emails and messages without any reason. I could have understood a no for the refund, but the fact that they ignored my messages completely is not acceptable. Really poor customer service. We should have gone to Glenfinnan again soon, but since this is the way they handle customers, we're going to find another place for our next stay. If you plan to travel from outside the UK and are not sure about the quarantine rules, don't stay here
