This company is the epitome of why estate agents are regarded as one of the least trustworthy industries in the UK. Whilst purchasing my home , they failed to disclose relevant information available to them regarding a massive construction scheme in adjacent land to my home, despite being fully aware of it. The buyer of a close-by property which was sold two months previously by Gavin Brown of SBS, who was also the agent acting in the sale of my home, was made fully aware of the construction project as it benefitted that particular property, in fact, it was highlighted in the sales brochure. I am presently surrounded by a 3 year long building site, with the prospect of being surrounded and overlooked by 5no. 55m high pylon towers upon completion. The Property Enquiry Certificate, from Millar and Bryce, requested by SBS also fails to disclose this information, despite Millar and Bryce also being fully aware of the project. In short, be very wary when purchasing property through this company in the Argyll and Bute area, as there are several major infrastructure project proposals which could adversely affect the enjoyment of your new home, sold to you by these, charlatan tramps. I await to be proved wrong.The fact this review remains unchallenged, speaks volumes, this poor excuse for an estate agent need closing down.
