Laurie and Lawrence are incredible! Our ferry was cancelled due to the weather (understandableseems its always a possibility here) and Laurie was so kind to call up to the Claonaig terminal and see if they were still running so we could make it during a small clearing in the weather, while Lawrence drove over to get (wake up?) a taxi driver to bring us all the way north to the terminal. They all got us there in time for the ferry and our stay! All with the most positive attitude and kindness. The taxi driver was also super friendly and such a wealth of knowledge of the natural history of the peninsula. Thanks for your hospitality all, and we certainly hope to cross paths again.
