Not too long to wait. Range of options available to suit individual tastes. Different staff everytime I visit. Can be heavy on the lettuce, but that's up to you to tell the sandwich artist what your after. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options.

Absolute shocker of a shop. Went in today for a chicken salad bowl. Top heavy in lettuce and not a lot else. About 5 small pieces of chicken. They then charged me 4.79. I complained and the grumpy girl who served me couldn't give a hoot. Terrible attitude. I'm now contacting trading standards. Not letting this one go. Please avoid.
